Tracking on Sales Emails
I'm using tracking on sales emails (Conversation - Inbox - Compose). Any way to configure that so that it only tracks the initial open/link clicks on the initial email? I'm seeing tracking happen every time I open the email or whenever a reply read more

Signature and Unsubscribe Not Working
I've set up a signature and configured the unsubscribe link sales emails (see image). Yet neither of them are showing up on Communications. I tried it with a template and without. Anybody have any advice if I'm missing something on configuration? read more

Tried incognito in both Chrome and Firefox - no luck on firsts email creation. The Unsubscribe link does eventually show up if I create a new ema...read more
