I have customers who have a habit of replying to an old email related to a previously closed ticket as a means to initiate a new ticket. As you can imagine this automatically reopens the old ticket and appends the details of a completely unrelate Beitrag ansehen

I haven't ran into the problem you describe. I just let the tickets sit in closed for a number of days, before the workflow moves them to the Archived...Beitrag ansehen

I haven't ran into the problem you describe. I just let the tickets sit in closed for a number of days, before the workflow moves them to the Archived...Beitrag ansehen

The ticket status can be 'open' or 'closed', making the timer run or stop. I want to be able to pause the timer, the timer should then stop when a ticket is in a 'pause' status to rule out the time a ticket is waiting on the customer. open > Beitrag ansehen

HubSpot has a 'Close Ticket' button in their email reply to customers which closes the ticket once applied. Can HubSpot make this CTA ticket button available to customers?

I want to be able to place a thumbs up / down button at the bottom of my tickets that trigger a workflow when activated. For instance to set the ticket to closed when the thumb up has been pressed. The CTA should work once if the ticket is in a give Beitrag ansehen
