Call transcripts aren't very accurate for our English UK accent and I wonder if it's because it's trying to recognise the American accent? Could Hubspot support more accurate transcription for the UK accent?

I want the ability to add product information linked to a deal into an automated email so that we can send automated emails to chase customers up with relevant product and price information in the body of the emails.

I would like the ability to allow users to edit but not delete tickets.
