help with dark mode/adding transparent background to png icons in free email generator?
Hi. I'm new here so apologies if this post isn't in the right place. I have used the free email generator which is great in most circumstances but when using hubspot icons for contact details and then seeing the HTML email in dark mode there is no Beitrag ansehen

Customer portal for Tickets
Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

Conditional dropdown for tickets
I'd like our support team to be able to have a conditional second dropdown based on their first choice. i.e. Issue Type and Secondary Issue Type. If I select the Issue Type of Configuration, I'd like a Secondary dropdown of only configuration is Beitrag ansehen

Associate products/show product associations on Company/Contact/Ticket records
Hi I would like to submit for Products not to be associated just to a deal. This information should be able to pull across to the company record, the contact level and then a workflow to tickets could be implemented. This would mean that when Beitrag ansehen
