Log SMS texts sent to contacts in the CRM
When hitting the text message icon on the HubSpot Ap, it takes you to your texting screen on your phone, which is great. I think it would be very valuable to automatically log that text into the CRM if you hit that icon button on your contact's page Beitrag ansehen

Apply line break formatting in to personalisation tokens in email
With personalisation tokens we can inset text into emails based on the relevant contact, company etc data. However at the moment if you have a multi line text field with line breaks and paragraphs, this formatting will show correctly in HubSpot on Beitrag ansehen

Workflow - Ability to Create Notes
Right now you only have the abilty to create tasks in workflows. Other MA platforms allow you to merge fields and save into a note during autmation which is extremly handy for team members when viewing hisotry of activity. For example someone f Beitrag ansehen

Private Projects
It would be great to have the ability to create private tasks/projects that no-one on the Team is able to see. I am using HubSpot for all of my to-do lists and some of them I personally wouldn't want shared with the Team. It may only apply to the pe Beitrag ansehen
