Slack has this feature available and would be way easier than tagging multiple people to gain visibility it could also map to Slack to alert each team member there as well.

Create a Automation for Deal Split

Create the ability to "Add a Deal Split" based on Company and Rep or Deal Owner criteria. With the ability to set a percentage of the split. (EX. Split deal if SMB team creates a deal on a Company who's annual revenue is above $25,000,000)
