Does anybody know if there is a way to connect a chat transcript to a contact when you receive their email address? the chat doesn't show up in the contacts activity/tasks/email/notes/calls overview. It would be really helpful to have this.

Pretty frustrating that you cant export "Top Engaged Contacts" into a csv file. Seems like a very basic function. Please reconsider adding this to...Leer más

Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc. Something like t Leer más

I agree this is a must-have for us as well. This is critical to helping us gauge how satisfied our users are with their support expereince.

It would be benefitial to be able to export conversations to analysis efectivity and contact of my company with the clients.
