When a customer of ours submits a ticket via a form on our website, is there any way for them to check the status of that ticket on their end? I understand I can view the status internally within my service hub, but how can they check the status?

We're trying to make it so a button can open the live chat widget via javascript, how could we do this? (by live chat, I am referring to the hubspot live chat widget)

This worked for me. Also, is there a way to also type in a default message automatically from the user side when the window opens?
