Reporting on pinned notes
Hello, We would like to be able to report on pinned notes, right now you can only create views off of all "note body" or have a manual step by our sales team to check a box saying they "pinned a note". Does anyone have any solutions to bes Leer más

Changing names of Attached Files.
It would be helpful if attachments could be renamed once uploaded. This helps if there is an addendum or renewal to a contract and previous contracts need to have a more specific name.

Generate the URL for a specific contact to access the subscription preferences page

Ability to disable users
When users leave the company we want to remove their access to HubSpot. If we delete a user, their names are deleted from history. e.g. "User A created a Note" will no longer contain User A's name, but rather an internal number identifier, rendering Leer más

Update a Meeting description without sending update
When I book a meeting through meetings or in my google calendar, it shows up on the person't Hubspot profile. After the meeting takes place I want to go back and add notes to that meeting. If I do this, I have to save and send updates to everyone. Leer más
