Ability to turn off attachments in Chatflows
Hubspot recently added the ability to attach images and files under 10mb, but now it is always there with no option to turn off. Anyone can send our chat operators any images or files whether we want them or not. We work in the reproductive heal read more

Option to disable other users who are "viewing" a chat
The "viewing" feature ( more info in this knowledge base article ) is meant to provide transparency and prevent a chat from being triaged by two users at the same time. It would be nice though, to have the option to disable this feature, or at least read more
