Tetyana Kretova

With more than 15 years of experience, Tetyana is currently the International Development Director for APAC region at IE. In this region, she is in touch with the latest trends in technology, startups, scaleups and venture funds in charge of the latest technology developments that are coming here to stay and are responsible of the digital disruption and business transformation across sectors. She is currently transforming IE´s presence in the region following the latest technologies to enable a seamless experience in countries with a highly mobile customer interaction. Prior to joining IE, Tetyana was working for one of the biggest retail groups Metro where she was looking for new ways of using technology to enable and enhance customer experience. During her time at Metro, she was an early adopter and propeller within the group and across the world of different technologies such as sms, email and social media marketing, clustering and recommendation engines, ecommerce that are now becoming mainstream. Tetyana currently is an active member of different think tanks, such as Horasis, in which she participates in panels related to technology and innovation bringing her expertise in CX, Digital Marketing in different sectors and localized to different realities across regions.
