Ability to lock down existing line item properties

Prevent "Copy to Property Value" actions from copying from a Code Action output before set
Code Action outputs seem to be configured with slight delay, and will not always be properly defined before the next action is run in a workflow. If you output values with code and the next action copies that value to a property, it will likely read more

More View and Edit Permissions for Dashboards

Make ownership from User property optional
