How to add some contacts but not add them to main mailing list?

Create a Follow Up Task Default Time

For me, 90% of followups are 5 business days. It wouild be so great if I could set that as the default instead of 3 business days.

Should I import people's personal emails?

Created too many lists by accident, can't delete them
I created a few personas; I clicked "Automatically create smart lists" because why not. But now I find that I'm over my limit of smart lists because each persona created four lists!! I definitely don't need that level of granularity. But I can't 続きを読む
