Bot Tickets Submit when hitting the Enter Key!!!!
We went live with HubSpot support and have immediately been getting a bunch of low customer satisfication scores because when a visitor hits a "ticket" branch, when they hit enter, their ticket is instantly submitted. No visual queues are given to s read more
