Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

It would be helpful to have additional CTA options to unenroll contacts from sequences beyond the standard "booked meeting" or "replied to email." For instance, we run a lot of webinars and use Sequences to promote them to our contacts. In this case Beitrag ansehen

It'll be fantastic if we could assign pop-up forms to campaigns as well in order to be able to report on these forms within campaign reporting.
