A feature that would be helfpul in terms of organization would be the ability to reorder conversations inboxes. Apparently, they are ordered by create date by default and there's no alternative. When monitoring and handling chats in multiple inboxes read more

An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've read more

I just installed Conversations on our site and am very excited about the prospect of capturing and cookie'ing new leads this way. We had previously used Intercom which is a great service but having the website-chat live inside Hubspot is awesome. read more
