Our Support team is struggling with the fact that we often have tickets that actually consist of two separate issues, or customers who 6 months after a ticket has been closed decide to just reply to that particular ticket to ask a -totally unrelated Beitrag ansehen

The helpdesk has a super cool option to associate the conversation and ticket of a forwarded email with the original sender instead of the person who actually wrote the text when forwarding. My suggestion is to split out these functionalities so Beitrag ansehen

I would like more rich filter options in the conversation inbox. Currently, only very simplistic filtering options are available and you cannot save your filters. I would like to use filters for analytics and to make sure that our processes are Beitrag ansehen

Would be incredibly useful to have a NEXT TICKET button next to the < TICKETS button that returns you to the ticket list. It's very slow and cumbersome to go back to the list just to get to the next ticket. Just let me click to the next one in th Beitrag ansehen

It would be great to have a filter that filters contacts by global bouncing, not only if they unsubscribe from marketing emails. F.e: If a contact is not working anymore in an enterprise and its email is disabled, it would be of great help Beitrag ansehen
