I would like to know more about why Hubspot doesn't mark users as "Away" automatically when they log out of the platform. It is very counterintuitive and our agents have a very hard time wrapping their heads around it. Often, agents assume they will read more

My team has noticed that typing in the conversations inbox is rather slow. There is a definite lag, especially for fast typers. Is this something anyone else has experienced?

Does this error occur in every browser? Have you emptied the cache yet?

I think it would be useful to know if the person at the other end of the conversation has closed the browser or has otherwise left. Otherwise it's just guesswork when to close the chat if things go quiet.

It would be very helpful if we could see when a user has left the conversation. Many other onsite chatbots have this feature. Is this just something I am missing?
