Provide a 'request callback' feature
We're altering our service channels/model and are considering the ability to request a callback, as Hubspot do themselves. This isn't currently available through Hubspot functionality - could it be considered?

Track mentions on facebook groups
We'd like to track brand mentions (and keyword mentions) across facebook groups. This only really is possible on twitter, which is not the dominant channel for our B2B audience - which is facebook. We should be able to track and ideally respond to a read more

Bulk import for Knowledge Base
Hi Team, Some customers who are looking to purchase Service Hub have their own Knowledge Base set up already. At the same time, the HubSpot Knowledge Base does not seem to have an easy way to do a bulk import of these articles with a XML file. read more
