Our tech team is working to build a search and return call set through the Tickets API so that we can create our own customer-specific view into outstanding tickets (gap in Service Hub native functionality). Have others found that Ticket Status is a read more

Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.
