Hi Everyone! Posting this on behalf of a customer. With the new implementation of the option to save drag and drop emails as templates for use, it was pointed out that once a template is created there is no option to edit that template. So as Beitrag ansehen

I use templates from previous emails all the time and sometimes I need to do a quick update. There is no way to edit these templates but instead, we have to delete them and make a new one with the changes. It would be nice to be able to edit it. We Beitrag ansehen

Our sales team has been using the new Sales Navigator tool within HS for a few days now. Overall, the feedback has been pretty positive so far. However, they mentioned that it would be great if they had the option to send InMails via Sequences direc Beitrag ansehen

Leveraging Tasks, I see my team can track Linkedin Connection Requests. However, it does not seem possible to track if a connection was successful or not. Does it make sense for the "Sales Navigator — Connection Request" Task to also have a fie Beitrag ansehen

Much like the functionality of Octapus CRM, it would be great to create campaign / workflows that could connect / send outreach messages to multiple LinkedIn accounts, including follow ups. And this activity recorded on the contact card.
