Leave chats open when switching between sites
It would be amazing if an ongoing conversation session could stay open when the prospect/customer is writing and we are advising to click somewhere else. The chat is gone everytime and the prospect/customer might have not seen the last message, and 続きを読む

Report on Time of the Day for incoming chats / conversation sessions

Time of day report
Hi there! We'd love to be able to pull time of day reports and sort contacts by the time of day the lead was created. This would be beneficial on our end in order to know when the bulk of our leads are coming in and identify any trends. This would a 続きを読む
