A task should not automatically complete when I enter a note in the notepad while working the task q
I get daily notifications of tasks due for each day. I don't use the automated call window, but either way, when I put a note into the notepad, the system auto completes (marks through) the existing task. I almost never want to do that. The system s read more

Opening the task queue from the contacts screen
A user should be able to open the task queue directly from the contacts screen. Currently the only way I can get to the task queue is to go into a task sent to me by e-mail, or my daily multiple task queue notification. When I complete the task(s) I read more
