Customer portal for Tickets
Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

Schedule chatflow availability per user

Automated Blog Tagging

Be able to associate contact from email address in body of email.
Instead of the conversation inbox using the from email as the default email used for associating contacts. Can there be an option where you can configure that inbox to look for email addresses and data in the body of the email to use to associate th read more
