Filter using relative date values ("TODAY" etc.)

Tracking # of tickets in entering a status over time
The ability to create a custom report counting the number of tickets placed into a status over time. For example currently, if a ticket is placed in "quote sent to customer" we can track tickets currently in that status but if the customer replies read more

Adding "attach file" to note reply
When conversing back and forth via notes you can create a note and attach a file but you cannot reply to that note with a file attached, only placed or embedded. It would help cut down on repettativenes and multiple notes to keep it within one n read more
