Imported Date (birthdate, preferred delivery date) from Zapier changed / is wrong in HubSpot

Same issue but figured out why. The date format needs to be forced in excel see below.

Allow copying "Deal: Amount" from existing Deal into "cloned" Deal when using Deal Workflows

How do you duplicate a Deal?
I have month-to-month contracts and would like to be able to duplicate a Deal so I don't have to enter the same info each month.
