Hi, the customer entered data and a date (birthdate, preferred delivery date) in a webform. This will be imported via ZAPIER Addin into HubSpot contacts. Works. But we noticed that the dates imported WRONG e.g. birthdate entered / Zapier log read more

Same issue but figured out why. The date format needs to be forced in excel see below.

You cannot copy "Deal: Amount" when using Workflow actions to clone Deals. It is possible to copy most other Deal properties over, and it's even possible to add the HubSpot "Deal: Amount" token into the new (cloned) Deal's "Name" or "Description read more

Hi I am facing a similar issue - no deal properties seem to be copying over... but quite new at this. Any direction/help please

I would like to bring up the idea to link deals or duplicate from one pipeline to another pipeline to trigger the workflow in the other pipeline. All notes, tasks, contacts, etc are duplicated into the other pipeline. Example: A deal that is in read more

Slightly different question but is there a way to carry across an existing deal ID to a new pipeline? From an audit trail perspective all our onboarding deals are moved into a new pipeline via "create new deal" workflow therefore a new deal ID is cr read more

I have month-to-month contracts and would like to be able to duplicate a Deal so I don't have to enter the same info each month.
