page view triggers a form submission
I have an email sign-up form in the footer of every page on our website hosted on WordPress. Every time I view a web page, Hubspot thinks I submitted that form. Any fix ideas?

How do you add a second set of subscription types
We just upgrated to Enterprise with a Domain Add On. I am setting up the templates and settings for the second domain and I cannot find information on how to set up a second set of subscription preferences.
