Is there a way to add a validation rule for "Closed Lost Reason" if a rep selects "Other:" as an option and force them to input a reason why? For example, we would like to add a selection of "Other:" in the drop down and then have reps fill in read more

When users move a deal to the stage "Closed Lost", we want them to be forced to fill in at least one of two picklist fields. Unqualified Reason Requalifying Reason Can we fire custom validation rules? If not, is the best solution to create read more

It seems that deal properties can be set to required upon deal creation only. There should be a way to make particular properites manadory when specific criteria is met, like Closed Lost Reason. If any deal is closed lost, I would like for "closed l read more
