My professional career has been solely in telecoms, I've worked with the Mobile sector and then more recently VoIP (Internet Telephony for those who don't know) I've had varied roles from Customer Services, Technical Support, Sales and Marketing. This gives me a good all round approach when talking to customers, colleagues and suppliers. I enjoy amateur magic and fossil hunting in my spare time.
