It would be great to copy activity properties such as "Meeting Start time" to a contact record so that we could centre workflows around the activity date as opposed to the contact properties

When sharing documents with GDPR turned on, it requires the recipient to enter in their email address as an added security measure. It would be fantastic if we could customise that to require more fields of our choosing. EG. First Name Last Name read more

It would be brilliant to be able to pull form analytics into the reporting dashboard, for example being able to save Overall Submissions and the breakdown of choices picked in a dropdown select option within the form itself.

It would be great if funnel reports could be used for deals that move across multiple pipelines. Deals which switch from one pipeline to another are not captured in the first pipeline funnel report. For example: Deal 1 goes through Pipeline A an read more

It would be great to have a property calculation which would have 'time to close' without the time the ticket spent in 'waiting on customer'. The alternative would be to use the time spent in a single ticket status so that a calculation could be read more
