Replace File with Different Format
Right now, if you want to replace a file in HubSpot's file manager, you have to upload the exact same file type (e.g. can only replace a jpg file with a jpg file). Given the importance of new image formats like webP, I would like the ability to repl read more

Using Sales documents in Marketing emails
We have multiple documents that we use in both Marketing emails and Sales emails. Support tells me I can't use Sales documents in Marketing emails and that I need to upload them as Files if I want to link to them from an automated Marketing email. read more

Allow editing of the Create Date property.
We participate in a lot of events so I get lots of CSV files to import. Not surprisingly, they usually need plenty of cleaning up before I import them (e.g. getting rid of "xyz.gmail.com" addresses) and that can take a while. Sometimes, I don't get read more

Automatically log incoming/unsolicited emails from existing Contacts
Apparently the only way to log inbound emails initiated by a Contact (i.e. emails that aren't a reply to a logged outbound email) is to forward the email to hubspotID @forward.hubspot.com. This is using Gmail integration. Can you not tell when read more
