Ability to disable tracking parameters for external link in social media posts is missing
We have created a social media post with an external link in Hubspot. Hubspot automatically adds tracking parameters to all the links, but some websites don't accept additional url params (utm_campaign, utm_source etc). In our case the whole link read more

Night mode
It'd be fab if HubSpot had the option for a night/dark mode to improve the UI. Did my eyes in working in the Chatflow tool all day (with blue-light blocking glasses!)

Handle inbound / incoming calls in HubSpot
We currently have to use a service like Aircall to handle the inbound calls, which is not ideal. When you do the outbound calling from Hubspot it would make sense to also be able to handle the inbound calls and get them properly tracked, recorded, e read more
