How do you switch a contact property to be a company property?

Be able to have set times when you are available for chat.
It would be great if I could select the times that I am available for chat. Much like in meetings where you are able to select your availability. I sometimes forget to launch chat when I start my day or make myself offline when I leave. If a cust read more

Mass "ring" for chat- first one to answer get's the chat
We keep missing chat's because someone will walk away from their desk for a few minutes when it's their turn in the round robin. There should be an option that all members get notified of a chat and it is first come first serve. We are a small team read more

Can you track phone calls as conversions?
Is there a way to track phones calls as "conversions"? And associate the phone call with the contact. We want to see how people are converting phone call, contact form, live chat etc. and we used to monitor that in Google Analytics, but I would like read more

See what people are typing in chat
As we are chatting with users on the site we should be able to see exactly what they are typing in real time. Tawk has this feature and we would gain the super valuable information from people typing something and then deleting it, then sending some read more
