Print option for emails
I don't see an option to "Print" any of my emails. Some of my emails are orders that i would prefer to save as a PDF and attach to an order # in my sales system. I prefer this print option to be availabe in the email conversations AND in the tic read more

+1 for this. The current "Industry" field is virtually useless for us. Having SIC or NAICS codes would be much more valuable

Last engagement metric should include calls
It would be really helpful if the "Last engagement" section of the Account Overview included conversations with that company. If a contact calls a sales rep, that seems like the ultimate form of engagement and it should be included in that section. read more

Company Name Displayed in a Task List
It would be great if we could add the company name to the task list. Our sales team uses tasks 80-95% of the time, and we run multiple calling campaigns and, follow up on a weekly basis, sometimes with multiple contacts from the same company. read more

Customize the Tasks Columns
In our company, we use the tasks feature to assign RFQ's/(Deals) to employees. But we do not have the option to customize/edit the columns. We would like to edit the titles and the number of steps in the tasks feature so, we can more accurately show read more
