This to me is a no-brainer. We should be able to add a delay before our initial email is sent. Though delays are available for every step beyond the first, we are unable to choose a delay and a send time for the initial touch email.

We need the ability to set a time lag between creating and sending a sequence. A contact recieving an immediate email when only an MQL after a social media reach out is in bad form.
