As I was researching how to assist a client with updating an NPS rating they left and want to change, I stumbled across another client who submitted three ratings. How was this possible?

After working with our QA team, a client would like to update the NPS rating he originally left. He no longer has the survey email. Is this possible? I know I can remove his rating but I don't see an option to resend the survey.

I'm trying to set up an NPS survey to trigger off of Salesforce campaign membership. Under the Recipients tab in the survey, I chose Start from scratch , then Contact property . I then selected Salesforce Campaign IDs and the is any read more

Hi Sanicholas, If you deleted a contact and the contact re-submits a form he will automatically be re-added ans a contact, no need to do anything more
