Route incoming Whatsapp Conversations to contact owner regardless of their availability status

Right now with the whatsapp channel, you can only route to users who are availble. With our workflow, we prefer to allow the routing to happen to the contact owner even if they are set to away in the availability status which is not possible current read more

Save Column Edits to Index Page when logged in as another user

Currently, you can log in as another user but if you make edits to the columns of the index page, these changes do not save for the user being edited. Admins should be allowed to save these changes so that the user sees the saved changes

Ability to Add Email Performance Charts to Dashboard
