Can 2 reps get credit on the dashboard for the same meeting
If more than 1 rep attends a meeting, how can each get credit for attending without having multiple meetings listed on the company page. We would like 1 person responsible for logging and then to "associate" the other reps so they get credit for be read more

Deals timeline
Is there a way to see how long a deal stays in a certain stage? I want to measure the conversion rate as deals move through the stages and how long it takes a rep to move the deal forward.

Creating lists to find contacts not opening emails
We use the lifecycle stages and the lowest level is subsciber. That means, to us, they are only receiving marketing emails. I am weeding through this list and I am sending an email that asks if they want to continue on our mailing list, repond or read more

I changed the recent email open date to unknown and I got a list of people that have never opened my emails.

Block entries in CRM
We have a list of companies we will not sell to any longer. Is there a way to block these companies from being entered into the CRM?
