Setting Default List Columns at a Global Level
Would it be valuable for anyone else to be able to set which property columns are visible on lists at a global level?

Alias for Live Chat
I wish there the opportunity to show a different name in the live chat profile than the user name. For privacy reasons I don't want every website visitor to see my full name and would prefer using an alias or to show only the first name. This is Beitrag ansehen

Organize Conversations Inboxes

Text as conditional fields in forms
Having a text section appear as conditional based on a selection within a form would be great! For example: Solution required {Option1}; {Option2} If {Option2} is selected show this line of text: xxxxx

Remove option to assign conversation to Any User when moving between inboxes
When a user moves a Conversation to another Inbox, Hubspot is now applying a new default where the convo is assigned to "Any User." It takes a several clicks to scroll down, search, and select "No one" instead. Please make it possible to set "No one Beitrag ansehen
