Business need: when reporting on something like deal counts per territory, it would be nice if the report could also show territories that have a zero count. This would be helpful when presenting the report to others, to have a visual cue that all read more

Totally agree! HubSpot sometimes treats zero as being equal to null: zero is a value all on its own!

Hubspot only allows users on Primary teams to be mentioned in the Comments of an Inbox. Those who are on Additional teams can view the Inbox but cannot be mentioned. We have Super Admins and managers who need to be able to be mentioned across multip read more
