Stop receiving HubSpot email notifications when my customer emailed my personal Outlook email
I receive notification emails when activity happens on a record I own, follow, etc. e.g. Sarah visited the page www._.com or Erika mentioned you on the ticket "__". I want to continue to receive those; however, I don't need the notification "An i read more

Search Snippets
You should be able to search Snippets the way you can search Templates in the Sales Tools Outlook extenstion/add-in. If not, at least alphaetical order. We have several members on our team so we cannot condense the amount of Snippets.

Manage Following Settings/Notification
When a ticket is created, if I am assigned as the ticket owner then I automatically start following them, so when another rep responds or if the customer responds then I am notified via email twice: once because I am the ticket owner and then again read more

Hyperlink in emails from customers open in new tab
When receiving an email from a customer with a hyperlink then when clicking on the hyperlink, the tab I am currently on goes to that link. I'd like for the hyperlink to always open in a new tab.

Dashboard- Most Used Snippets and Templates
I want to track the most used templates and snippets. If we know what customer's most asked questions are then we may need to address it on our FAQ, send an email blast, etc. to better educate the customers.

Delete contacts and go back to Company
When I go to a Company > Contacts "View all __ in filtered view" > click on a Contact > and Delete that contact... can it go back to the Company page or the Contact page with the filter that is associated with the Company I was viewing? I read more
