I've contacted support and not found this, but since someone hasn't asked before I'm thinking maybe I missed something. Sales Team members need to be able to filter by read and unread emails within Hubspot. This is something our team is used to Beitrag ansehen

I am surprised why more people aren't even looking at this. Is it easy to follow thousand of conversations for most users?

The messages feature is tough to manage in a busy office. I'm the only key contact for online chat. And I have various other duties. I'm often 'popping up' from my computer and forgetting to turn off chat. This is causing constant frustration Beitrag ansehen

Currently, the reassign replies feature has been taken off from the Availability toggle on HubSpot Conversations; this was a feature my clients loved, especially for Retail or fast passed support since, as a Service Rep, you can leave your work en Beitrag ansehen

Currently, the only way to take advantage of in-feed pdfs on LinkedIn is to post directly in LinkedIn. Hubspot does not have capability yet. https://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/how-to-share-documents-linkedin-posts-marketing-tips/ )
