Form follow up Mails retries after bounce
Hi, we created a Form with follow up E-Mail. If someone filles out the form and hasn't finished the DOI process the followup Mail fails. The System retries to send the Mail severel times. My question is: How many times (or how long) does the system read more

Why can't we send HTML emails as part of HubSpot's new form follow-up email tool? The plain text emails don't allow us to add CTAs, images, and other essential email elements. Until this is resolved, we will have to workflows to send our HTML au read more
