2FA reset for super admin regarding users

If you have 10 super admins... number 11 do not get the "allmighty" email where you can fix the poor users 2FA-reset problem. Should be a "check box" on the super-admin that should control WHOM should receive "user support issues". I can't d read more

I guess it's a good reason for having it, but with the unreliable data on open-rate. Would you recommend disabling it?

Just got a complaint from one user that he does not receive his "subscribed content". Looked over his "acitivty" and yes it was suppressed due to low engagement. Due to new email rules f.ex. from Apple... Won't most subscribers be put into the b read more
