Call Notes Create Follow Up Task with PRIORITY
After logging a call, I love the option to create a followup task from the notes window. However, it would be great if the window had an option to assign a priority level to that follow-up task.

Yes! We have reps with 60-100 tasks per day and it wastes time to have to click back to the tasks tab and open task to edit the priority. Would be so...Beitrag ansehen

Customize Meeting Reminder & Meeting Booked Emails
It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be Beitrag ansehen

Allow workflows to delete or mark tasks complete
USE CASE: We use a custom property to identity when a contact is known to be a dead lead. However, many of these contacts have pending tasks associated which are no longer applicable once a contact is dead. PROPOSED FUNCTIONALITY: Add a feature to w Beitrag ansehen

Allow Meeting Time as a Personalization Token
Given that there are limitations to Meeting Notifications, it would be ideal to allow a "Meeting Time" option available as a personalization token that can be used in multiple settings. This could even be included as part of the existing "Last Meeti Beitrag ansehen

Meeting date without the time is basically useless for workflows. You can't send a client something related to a meeting without including the time. ...Beitrag ansehen

Restrict Editing of Certain Properties and View history of User Edits
Currently if a user has access to edit one contact's property, they have access to edit all contact properties. We have the ability to restrict a user from creating or deleting properties but it would be incredibly helpful to restrict the edit Beitrag ansehen
