Visual notification when others are viewing same ticket in ServiceHub

Allow users to be 'primary team member' of more than one team

Ability to see if an agent is working on a ticket
We have staff which shifts overlap for a few hours, sometimes they end up working on the same ticket, as they don't know who is working in it or not, with Zendesk we were able to see when an agent was working with a ticket, by displaying if an agen Beitrag ansehen

Sales email templates export
I think there should be an option to bulk export the sales email templates. At the moment, the only way to save Sales templates is to manually copy the content of each template, as there is no way to export them and it consumes a lot of time. Beitrag ansehen
