Unnecessary Changes to CRM
Problem: HubSpot frequently makes unnecessary changes to the CRM platform. Case in Point: The option for "Lists" was renamed to "Segments" After that change, I spent 15 mins looking for my lists and had to call HS to find out they changed the name Beitrag ansehen

Give us back - Auto-populating company information from the website URL
I just found out that Hubspot discontinued a valued feature. Why? For years we had this functionality. You cannot provide a valuable function of the CRM and then take it away from your paying clients. It feels like a bait and switch. It is bad busi Beitrag ansehen

Stop automatic "contact" addresses from populating into "company" address
Many of us have companies with multiple contacts. The company headquarters is in one part of the country. The contacts are all over the country. Currently, when entering a contact into a company, HubSpot is auto-changing the company address to the Beitrag ansehen

Hubspot Glitch when adding Contact addresses HS changes the Company address
I have noticed to my frustration that HS automatically changes the address to my company when I add contacts that have a different address. It doesn't happen every time, and it isn't always the complete address, it can be just part of the address, a Beitrag ansehen
