Make meeting type required when logging a meeting or call
Seems like as simple no brainer to force users to give managers better data. So that reports don't look like this:

Required field for call and meeting types
It would be very helpful if the property "Call and meeting types" is stored as a mandatory field so that the field cannot be forgotten when logging. Another option would be to introduce the call result as a mandatory field. A useful option for upco read more

Parent/ Child Relations
