Protecting Activity Entries
We have a compliance requirement that wants us to log calls with contacts in the CRM. However once a call is logged, we need to ensure that it can't be modified or deleted. This is not a feature that Hubspot support through security. I Beitrag ansehen

This would be required for so many compliance reasons. We need to be able to prevent CSR's from hiding activity by deleting notes and logged calls....Beitrag ansehen

We connected Hubspot to our Facebook Ad account for reporting, tracking ans syncing using Lead Gen Forms. We manage all of our ads using FB Business Manager Directly. We do not use Hubspot to edit, or publish ads, yet for some reason some Beitrag ansehen

Form File Upload Progress Bar

FB Leads Notification
We have successfully connected Hubspot to our FB accounts with Leads Syncing. Any new lead from FB forms are successfully being added to our contacts. However when a new lead is added, no-one in our organization is being notified. This is Beitrag ansehen
