Forward Emails from Conversations
We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.

Delete or recall a chat message or a user comment in conversations inbox

I agree with this. I've got emails in the Conversations Inbox with 4-5 Notes in a row with text like "sjfkj, dfjksljf, hflshf" and "huh?! cannot dele...Lire la suite
